I wanted to express our appreciation of the outstanding job Robin did with the Extend training. He is obviously knowledgeable of the product, but knowledge in itself does not always equate to good training. Robin has numerous qualities that enhance his ability to provide effective training. It was a hectic week for all of us and Robin remained extremely flexible to meet our needs. He kept us on task to ensure we completed the material, but also made sure we were able to get answers to some of our unique concerns. By the end of the week we were already working on part of our first project and were able to present a brief demo to our customer on some of the Extend capabilities. Robin helped us make it "pretty" for the customer, because we all know.....a pretty model is a good model.
